Casting BOMBSHELL: Omg, Has Noah Centineo Been Cast as He-Man in the Upcoming “Masters of the Universe” Reboot?

BY THE POWER OF GRAY SKULL… I AM THE POWWWWWWAAAAAAAAH!

Despite the fact that he looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like He-Man, Netflix superstar Noah Centineo (To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before/Sierra Burgess Is A Loser) is apparently in talks to play the titular hero in Sony Pictures and Mattel Films upcoming Masters of the Universe reboot.

I suppose that’s what lacefront wigs and private trainers are for.

via The Wrap:

Based on Mattel’s hugely successful 1980s toy line, “Masters of the Universe” follows Prince Adam, heir to the throne of planet Eternia, who uses the magical Power Sword to transform into the heroic warrior He-Man. With the help of his allies Teela, Man-at-Arms, Orko and The Sorceress, He-Man defends the kingdom from the evil wizard Skeletor (so-named because his face is an exposed skull), who seeks to gain control of Castle Grayskull, source of He-Man’s powers.

Internet commenters have not exactly embraced the news. A light sampling from ONTD:

ew enough with this ugly fuck

this guy is getting up there with armie hammer and elle fanning in people hollywood desperately wants to make happen

he belongs in a CW show. nothing more, nothing less.

I’m trying to imagine him in that blonde bobcut and bondage outfit and all it’s giving me are things I don’t want

do the casting directors and director need to borrow my glasses because WHAT

just get chris hemsworth or whatever and call it a day

well, that’s a choice

Imagine him saying by the power of greyskull with that voice of his… oh no

Nah bro. Nah. He ain’t got dem good tiddies, not even pullin off the loin brief lewk and lifting that sword in pose. Nah bro.

When will Noah Centineo’s reign of tyranny end?

And on and on into the night….

Of course I think he should get EVERY ROLE in Hollywood based on the video below. But I’m just pervy that way….
